All sessions are designed to work for a wide range of fitness levels and ensue that every member gets a workout that suits their ability. We work in a fashion that means whether your a pro-athlete or a first time exerciser you will get a workout to suit you from the class.
Renowned for being the best classes on the island we’ve evolved over time into what we are now! Over the years and hundreds of local people we have worked with we’ve learnt exactly what works and what doesn’t and combined it all into this exciting class.

We have a range of clients who like to keep their workouts and details about those workouts private, we give them the space to make this happen.
Whether those issues are anxieties, medical reasons, movement or recovery limited reasons - they're all safe in our space.
